Thank you for visiting my site! I am a therapist, supervisor, teacher, and a true Colorado girl. I make my way to the ocean any chance I get, love the sun and being outdoors. I love to hike, play outside, laugh, read, and have deep conversations. Most days I am looking forward to my yoga class and am committed to my meditation practice. My family is a priority for me and I continue to appreciate the joys and challenges of relationship.

ABOUT

As a therapist I find joy in seeing others be authentic and connect with one another. I love watching the light bulbs go off, the hands reach, and the tears transform to smiles. I intend and aspire to uplift everyone I come into contact with which inspires and uplifts me. The strength, tenderness, warmth and care that I am privileged to witness is gift. Laughing is a bonus that I delight in.

I believe that in order to live our best lives we need to be in contact with our emotions and willing to be vulnerable. I believe that connection and relationship heal. Touching into our pain with gentleness, compassion, and kindness takes strength and courage.  I feel deeply honored and appreciate those who are willing to take the journey to be authentic with themselves and others. Seeing couples and families get back to loving each other is the best part of my day.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Approved AAMFT Supervisor. I teach the Couples I Course at Denver Family Institute and provide supervision in both English and Spanish. I am passionate about my work with couples and work from an EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) perspective. I look forward to helping you on your journey.
